The Cryptolexicon Editorial Team
Cryptolexicon is run by hands-on miners with GPU-mining experience since 2017 — back when flashing GPU BIOSes, fighting antivirus false positives and dialing in memory timings per chip were everyday work. We only write about what we've tested ourselves: the commands, configs and numbers in our guides come from real work with hardware, not from rewriting other people's articles.
How we verify our content
- Everything is tested on real hardware. We run miner commands, overclocking switches and configs on live cards and rigs rather than rewriting them from documentation. If something has not been tested in practice, we say so right in the text.
- Figures are checked against primary sources. Hashrates and revenue — via hashrate.no and open benchmarks; miner versions and forks — via developer releases on GitHub; difficulty and hashprice — via public network trackers. Every article carries a currency date, because these values change daily.
- Everything is verified before publication. We link to official sources, do not recommend builds from untrusted sites, and are upfront about risks — from BIOS flashing to importing seed phrases.
- Content gets updated. When a new fork ships, a miner version lands or the market shifts, we revise the affected articles instead of leaving stale advice up.
What we don't do
- We do not publish financial advice or promise returns.
- We do not host paid builds, referral "improved" miners or hidden fees.
- We do not write about things we have not tested on our own hardware.
